- Contact me by phone or e-mail to set up a free in person consultation to discuss your product needs.
- If an in person consultation is not possible or needed, send an e-mail that includes the details of your event and which products that you are interested in. Feel free to include photos and ideas about your event, including the date of the event, theme, colors, invitation wording, etc.
- After the initial consultation, I will send you a price quote and if you want to move forward, a deposit of 50% of the total will be collected to continue the design process.
- I will then get to work on designing your items. You will be involved in approving all materials, colors and wording. There are unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
- After final approval, production will begin.
- Once all of your items are complete, the final payment is due.
- After payment is received, I will hand deliver or safely ship your items.
